Payments – Final Payments and Due Dates
Payments for the Mount Shasta Intensives are due to Adama Hamilton, in full, by June 30, 2018.
Cancellations
Cancellation by the participant
The cancellation deadline for the intensives is 60 days prior to the starting date of the intensive. I also understand and agree that all monies and fees, which I paid toward the trip (except the non-refundable deposit), will be refunded upon request if that request is received in writing 60 days prior to the scheduled original starting date of the intensive. Without this written request these monies and fees may not be fully refunded due to cancellation fees incurred by Adama Hamilton as a result of last minute cancellations.
Cancellation by Adama Hamilton
If, for any reason, the trip is cancelled by Adama Hamilton all fees will be returned (including the deposit). However, Adama Hamilton does not accept nor assume any responsibility for charges incurred for flight, loss of luggage, room accommodation, or any other loss whether financial or otherwise incurred by said cancellation.
Refunds
Non-Refundable Deposit
The deposit of seven-hundred and fifty (US $750.00) for per Intensive, of whatever deposits or payments made, whether designated toward the reservation space for the event, paid as a deposit, as partial payment or as payment-in-full of the fees charged for the intensive you have registered for is non-refundable. However, I also understand that under certain circumstances, this amount may be applied to a future event or intensive course.
There will be NO REFUND given for cancellations later then 60 days prior to the start of the intensive.
